Cotard’s Syndrome, or Walking Corpse Syndrome as it is also known, is a rare psychological disorder wherein an individual believes that they are dead, do not exist, are missing major organs, or are possibly putrefying.  The delusions are often diagnosed with other conditions such as schizophrenia or dissociative disorders.  This is the condition Regina Stevens was diagnosed with by Dr. Daniel Romera as documented in the film, Pretty Dead.  Resources and information on the condition are provided below, though unfortunately the syndrome is so rare, little information is freely available:
